Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Complimetric ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Complimetric is an Infrastructure-as-Code compliance and security platform that provides:

• Terraform/IaC configuration scanning
• Compliance reporting (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Infrastructure drift detection
• Security vulnerability identification

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register via GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account.

3.2 Organization Accounts

Organizations may have multiple members with different roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer). The Organization Owner is responsible for billing and member management.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Community: Free, limited features
• Starter: EUR 199/month
• Professional: EUR 599/month
• Enterprise: EUR 999/month

4.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to scan repositories you don't own or have permission to scan
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Complimetric and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPLIMETRIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Service Level Agreement

For Professional and Enterprise plans, we commit to:

• 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Support response within 24 hours (Professional) or 4 hours (Enterprise)

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
